Self esteem is something that each of us need to have. With all of the negative stereotypes being thrown around it is hard to feel good about yourself. We need to come to terms with the fact that most people suck and will try to tear you down.

Having self-esteem is an extremely important component to being happy and people underestimate the strength behind being happy. Place your right foot in front of your left, put a legitimate smile on your face, stand tall, and be happy.

You are a great mom.
You are an awesome friend.
If you are reading this you are worthy. Believe that. It is the truth. Every single person deserves happiness within themselves. It takes time to achieve that and we all struggle daily with inner happiness but once you can look in the mirror and smile at yourself – instead of staring blankly at your flaws – you will understand why it is so important!
Take the time to work on your self worth and focus on your positive qualities rather than just your flaws. Complimenting yourself everyday will help you achieve a higher self-esteem, especially once you can get through to yourself and start believing the compliments. We all have flaws. Every. Single.
